Ohio Valley Guide Service Ohio Whitetail Deer and Wild Turkey Rates    Ohio Valley Guide Service offers both fully-guided and semi-guided hunts. All fully guided hunts include transportation to and from their stand locations, lodging (cabin and meals) Located on the hunting property with Archery range and fishing available.. Lodging is offered in both primitive and modern settings. If you will be staying in one of our cabins, bring sleeping bags, and a pillow. Our cabins are furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and cooking supplies.    Semi-guided hunts provide quality hunting areas possessing good deer and turkey populations. All hunters are responsible for scouting and placing their own deer stands and blinds.    All hunts provided by OHIO VALLEY GUIDE SERVICE are fair chase. We cannot guarantee that you will harvest a quality buck from our hunting areas (125 CLASS IN TROPHY ONLY AREAS). There is an 8 point limit on all deer taken. Most hunters who harvest bucks take deer that score 110 to 130 P&Y Score, there is no penalty if you accidentally shoot a buck smaller than 125 inch class, however we want you to be happy with your deer and not shoot anything that comes buy you. No rifle hunting is allowed in Ohio except for varmint hunting. Slugs are used for deer hunting and are very effective. Bow hunting laws require you to use a 40 pound bow or higher, crossbows must be no less than 150 pounds and no more than 200 pounds.
